Morning Programs

Morning Programs

All students begin their Summer Session journey by choosing a morning program. With a wide variety of available classes and subject areas, students can build a unique and individual course of study that is challenging, enriching, and engaging, intentionally designed to meet their academic goals and personal pursuits.
 

Upper School

For students entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
 
Upper School students spend their mornings fully engaged in one of our dynamic and enriching summer programs. In the application process, students will choose one morning program from the list below.
 
  • Excel Program - College prep and academy courses for credit, preview, or enrichment

  • Connect Program - Academic skill-building courses for all learning styles 

  • Immerse Program- English language classes, workshops, and cultural immersion for english language learners 

  • Express Program -Multimedia studio art courses and portfolio development - from beginner to advanced
 

Middle School

For students entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade
 
Middle School students spend their mornings engaged in a variety of learning environments, all designed to prepare them for future academic success. In the application process, students will choose one morning program from the list below.
 
  • Explore Program - Courses designed to spark curiosity, develop skills, and build confidence for future academic success 

  • Create Program  - Age-appropriate, multimedia studio art classes, workshops, and field trips for aspiring artists

Cushing Academy

Cushing Academy exists for students and develops curious, creative, and confident learners and leaders.
